Patient Sitter - Patient Monitoring Unit

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor patients closely to ensure their safety and well-being.
2. Follow patient care plans and physician orders.
3. Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, feeding, and toileting needs.
4. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
5. Report any changes in patient’s condition to appropriate medical staff.
6. Maintain a clean and organized environment.
7. Record patient observations in an accurate and timely manner.
8. Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
9. Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and standards.
10. Participate in continuing education and skill development activities.
