Job Description

We at UNC Health Care are looking for a motivated and experienced Patient Access Intake Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to front-line patient access staff and is essential to ensuring efficient patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will have a passion for providing quality and efficient patient care. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has the ability to multitask. The ability to work well with a diverse population of patients and colleagues is also essential.The specific qualifications for this role include a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-oriented role and a high school diploma or GED. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
