Manager - Cancer Services

We are looking for an experienced Manager of Cancer Services to join UNC Health Care! The Manager of Cancer Services will play a critical role in the development and delivery of comprehensive cancer care services. This role requires experience in healthcare management and an understanding of cancer care services. The ideal candidate must also be able to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and have a passion for providing the highest quality of care for our patients. Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years of experience related to cancer care services• Demonstrated knowledge of current trends and best practices for managing cancer care services• Experience leading teams and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills• Commitment to delivering the highest quality care in a cost effective way

10. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
