We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Aquatics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of safety and customer service to our members and guests.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification or equivalent, strong communication skills, knowledge of pool maintenance and safety protocols, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Maintain lifeguard certification and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all pool users.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests.
- Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep.
- Respond to any emergencies in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Educate pool users on safety protocols.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as checking in members and guests.
- Remain alert and attentive at all times.
