Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect facility and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for environmental health and safety.
  2. Maintain records of inspection and testing results.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility and equipment as needed.
  4. Monitor and document hazardous materials and waste.
  5. Assist in developing and implementing environmental health and safety programs and policies.
  6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental health and safety.
  7. Educate staff and patients about environmental health best practices.
  8. Respond to and investigate incidents and complaints related to environmental health and safety.
  9. Monitor and enforce safety protocols.
  10. Track and analyze environmental health and safety data.
  11. Provide support to other departments and personnel as needed.
