
Clinical Exercise Physiologist
At UNC Health Care, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our team. As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, you will provide comprehensive exercise and lifestyle interventions to enhance health, fitness, and quality of life for our patients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field, as well as certification from the American College of Sports Medicine or equivalent. Additionally, you should have experience in developing and leading exercise programs for individuals with chronic conditions, and knowledge of the principles and techniques of exercise physiology. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a genuine commitment to helping our patients reach their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead exercise programs for individuals with chronic conditions.
- Educate and counsel patients on health and fitness goals.
- Monitor patient progress and modify exercise plans as needed.
- Conduct exercise evaluations and assessments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of exercise interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.
- Provide support for other clinical staff, as needed.
- Keep up to date on current trends and best practices in exercise physiology.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data.
- Adhere to all UNC Health Care policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Exercise Science
Exercise Physiology Or A Related Field
