Central Sterile Tech Night Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of Central Sterile Technicians during night shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sterilization process.
3. Monitor sterilization equipment and supplies, and take corrective action when necessary.
4. Provide training and guidance to Central Sterile Technicians on proper sterilization techniques.
5. Ensure that all sterile products are properly stored and labeled.
6. Oversee the inventory control of all sterile supplies.
7. Monitor and document the performance of Central Sterile Technicians.
8. Respond to any emergencies or issues that arise during night shifts.
9. Provide reports to the appropriate staff on the status of the Central Sterile Department.
10. Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
