Cardiac Device Specialist

The Cardiac Device Specialist is responsible for managing the implantation, follow-up and troubleshooting of cardiac implantable devices. This position requires a caring and knowledgeable individual who understands the complexity of cardiac systems and the importance of delivering excellent patient care.The required qualifications for the Cardiac Device Specialist position include a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, certification as a Cardiovascular Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), and experience with cardiac device implantation and follow-up. The successful candidate must also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other healthcare providers. In addition, the Cardiac Device Specialist must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and organizational skills.
