- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on various technology resources, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve technology resources and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementation within the university.
- Train and educate faculty, staff, and students on the effective use of technology resources.
- Ensure the security and integrity of technology systems and data.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain equipment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of technology-related projects.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the technology team and across departments.
- Continuously evaluate and improve technology resources and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to university policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security.

Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or It Role
