  1. Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students on various technology resources, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve technology resources and processes.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementation within the university.
  5. Train and educate faculty, staff, and students on the effective use of technology resources.
  6. Ensure the security and integrity of technology systems and data.
  7. Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  8. Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain equipment.
  9. Assist with the planning and execution of technology-related projects.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the technology team and across departments.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve technology resources and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Adhere to university policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security.
  13. Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service to all members of the university community.

Job Qualifications
