- Lead and manage complex technical projects to support the university's mission.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively communicate potential impacts to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and university leadership to provide project updates and drive decision-making.
- Oversee project budgets and make strategic decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and provide guidance and support to project team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the university's technical infrastructure and processes.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a subject matter expert in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant university policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Represent the university and promote its values and culture through all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management For Technical Projects.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Managing Large And Complex Technical Projects, Preferably In A Higher Education Or Research Environment.
