  1. Coordinate and support the execution of various projects on the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus.
  2. Communicate clearly and effectively with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  3. Maintain organized project documentation and track project progress.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential project roadblocks.
  5. Anticipate project needs and proactively seek solutions to ensure successful project completion.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  7. Provide regular project updates and reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project coordination.
  9. Work closely with team members to allocate resources and delegate tasks as needed.
  10. Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  11. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to project coordination.
  13. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all project-related tasks.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project information.
  15. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by project managers or department leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Project Management Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination Or Project Management
