- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs completed.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent Is Required To Be Considered For The Maintainer I Position At Umass Amherst.
Basic Maintenance Skills: The Candidate Should Have Basic Knowledge And Skills In Maintenance Tasks Such As Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Physical Strength And Stamina: The Job Requires Physical Strength And Stamina To Perform Tasks Such As Lifting Heavy Objects, Climbing Ladders, And Standing For Long Periods.
