  1. Conduct regular inspections of campus facilities to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems.
  5. Install, repair, and maintain campus equipment and fixtures.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  8. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger or more complex projects.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements.
  13. Order and maintain inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment.
  14. Adhere to the University's policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In General Maintenance Or Related Field.

  • Ability To Follow Written Instructions And Work Independently.

  • Knowledge Of Basic Hand And Power Tools, As Well As General Maintenance And Repair Techniques.
