  1. Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures on various finance topics to undergraduate and graduate students.
  2. Create and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments that align with course objectives and academic standards.
  3. Mentor and guide students in their understanding of finance concepts and principles, providing support and feedback as needed.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and developments in the field of finance to ensure course materials are relevant and up-to-date.
  5. Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve and enhance the finance curriculum.
  6. Participate in department meetings and committees to contribute to the overall academic community and promote the goals of the university.
  7. Provide academic advising and support to students pursuing degrees in finance.
  8. Serve as a role model and mentor to students, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
  9. Actively engage in research and scholarship related to the field of finance to enhance your own knowledge and contribute to the academic community.
  10. Participate in university events and initiatives to promote the finance program and attract top students.
  11. Stay accessible and approachable to students outside of class, providing guidance and support as needed.
  12. Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades, and submit timely reports to the university.
  13. Adhere to university policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Finance Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Professional Experience In The Finance Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Teaching In A University Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Practices In Finance.

  • Demonstrated Research Ability, Including A Publication Record In Reputable Finance Journals.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Students From Diverse Backgrounds.
