Master's Or Phd Degree In Finance Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Professional Experience In The Finance Industry, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Teaching In A University Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Current Trends And Practices In Finance.
Demonstrated Research Ability, Including A Publication Record In Reputable Finance Journals.
