Implements and effectively communicates human resource strategies for staffing, employment processing, training & development program, records management, retention and safety & health. Maintain active liaison with related offices such as the VC for Student Affairs Office, Central Human Resources, and Labor Relations. Coordinates and oversees the tracking and recordkeeping for the Occupational Health Program. Contributes to the creation of a respectful, inclusive environment that is supportive of diversity. Understands Title IX, Clery Act, Conflicts of Interest policies and other compliance requirements. Contributes toward creating a positive and respectful workplace defined by personal and professional competence, integrity, and collaboration.
