- Greet and welcome customers to the dining facilities in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing and serving food to customers according to established standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
- Ensure all food items are stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe dining environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to assist customers with their dietary needs.
- Assist with cashier duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to safety and operating guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new menu items, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to food handling, safety, and hygiene.
- Take initiative in identifying and reporting any maintenance or equipment issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Previous Experience In Food Service Or Healthcare Setting
