As a Dietary Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining facilities run smoothly and efficiently.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the dining facilities in a courteous and professional manner.
  2. Assist in preparing and serving food to customers according to established standards and recipes.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
  4. Ensure all food items are stocked and replenished in a timely manner.
  5. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe dining environment.
  6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or needs.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
  8. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergen information to assist customers with their dietary needs.
  9. Assist with cashier duties, including handling cash and credit transactions.
  10. Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  11. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to safety and operating guidelines.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new menu items, procedures, and safety regulations.
  13. Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including those related to food handling, safety, and hygiene.
  14. Take initiative in identifying and reporting any maintenance or equipment issues.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
