- Greet and welcome customers to UMass Amherst dining services with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their food selections and responding to any questions or concerns.
- Ensure a smooth operation of dining services by maintaining a clean and organized serving area.
- Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner, following food safety guidelines and portion control standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stocking and restocking of food and beverage items.
