  1. Oversee the day-to-day production operations of the department.
  2. Manage and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  3. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.

  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive production processes.
  7. Assist in developing and implementing production strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  8. Prepare and maintain production reports, including budget and cost analysis.
  9. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of materials.
  10. Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production management.
  12. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
  13. Keep accurate records of production activities and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Communications, Media Production, Or Theater.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Production Management Or Assistant Role, Preferably In A University Or Performing Arts Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Various Production Software And Equipment, Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Audio And Lighting Systems, And Stage Management Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams And Handle Sensitive Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
