  1. Provide personalized career counseling to students and assist them in identifying their career goals and developing a plan to achieve them.
  2. Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to assess their strengths, interests, and skills, and provide guidance on potential career paths.
  3. Stay updated on current industry trends and job market to provide relevant and accurate information to students.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with employers, alumni, and other professionals to expand job and internship opportunities for students.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and campus resources to organize career fairs, workshops, and events to support students’ career development.
  6. Assist students in resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  7. Utilize various career assessment tools to assist students in identifying their strengths and interests.
  8. Keep track of student progress and maintain accurate records of career counseling sessions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with career counseling best practices and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
  10. Serve as a mentor and provide support to students in their career exploration and decision-making process.
  11. Promote diversity and inclusivity in career services and provide support to underrepresented groups.
  12. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of student information.
  13. Attend team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve career services and student outcomes.
  14. Actively participate in campus recruitment efforts and represent the career services office at various events.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve career services through student feedback and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Counseling, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Career Counseling, Advising, Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Career Development Theories And Strategies

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work With Diverse Populations

  • Familiarity With Career Assessment Tools And Resources, Such As Career Interest Inventories And Job Search Databases
