- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate processes and procedures within the organization.
- Support the Manager in any other tasks or projects related to the successful operation of UMass Downtown.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Knowledge Of Budget Management And Financial Reporting
Experience In The Hospitality Or Food Service Industry Preferred.
