Statistician

The employee will be responsible in designing and implementing algorithms for medical records as well as genomic data such as genotype, methylation, RNA-seq, and microbiome data. The employee will implement advanced statistical analysis to benchmark and evaluate these methods and other computational methods developed in the lab. The employee will be implementing, testing, modifying, debug programming codes, and preparing document procedures on utilizing the developed tools. The employee will be assisting the Principal Investigator in monitoring the progress of the research activities, meeting project milestones on timely manner, preparing progress reports, and writing manuscripts. The employee will also be analyzing genomic and medical records data that is available for use in the lab, using off the shelf software, and will communicate directly with the collaborators of the lab.
