  3. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  4. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and dependencies.
  6. Monitor project budgets and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget.

  10. Mentor and train junior project managers and team members to enhance project management skills.
  11. Foster a positive and productive team culture to promote effective collaboration and communication.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
  13. Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management to provide project updates and recommendations.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support project success.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Discipline.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Leading Project Teams.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Familiarity With Project Management Methodologies, Tools, And Software, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends.
