- Act as the face of UCLA to prospective students and represent the university in a positive and professional manner.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively promote and sell UCLA's programs to potential students.
- Develop a deep understanding of the higher education industry, including trends and competitors, in order to effectively market and position UCLA's programs.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively reaching out to prospective students, following up on leads, and converting them into enrolled students.
- Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy while working remotely as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective students by promptly responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
- Continuously track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to the team and management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in university policies and procedures.
- Represent UCLA at recruitment events and fairs, both in-person and virtually.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the university and promoting its programs.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In A Remote Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Proficiency In Using Virtual Sales Tools And Crm Software.
