  1. Coordinate and manage various research projects, including developing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  2. Monitor and evaluate data collection methods to ensure accuracy and compliance with research protocols.
  3. Conduct assessments and surveys with participants as part of research studies.
  4. Analyze and interpret research data using appropriate statistical techniques.
  5. Collaborate with team members to develop research protocols and implement data collection procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, participants, and community partners.
  7. Maintain organized and accurate records of research data and documentation.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the research process.
  9. Stay up-to-date on relevant research literature and best practices to inform research design and implementation.
  10. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve research processes and outcomes.
  11. Prepare and present research findings to team members and stakeholders.
  12. Train and supervise research assistants and other team members as needed.
  13. Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations related to research involving human subjects.
  14. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations, publications, and other outlets.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve research processes and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Psychology, Sociology, Or Public Health.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Conducting And Coordinating Research Studies, Preferably In A University Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Research Methods, Data Collection And Analysis, And Maintaining Confidentiality Of Sensitive Information.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Concurrently.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Data Management Systems And Software, Such As Redcap Or Spss.
