
Phlebotomy Specialist
UCLA is in search of an experienced Phlebotomy Specialist to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing quality patient care. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized, and experienced phlebotomist who is dedicated to providing outstanding patient service.Required Qualifications:• A minimum of one year of experience in a phlebotomy role• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with patients in a professional and courteous manner• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory safety and proficiency in the use of laboratory equipment• The ability to work independently and as part of a team and to prioritize tasks• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if needed
