  1. Develop and implement strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the procure to pay process.
  2. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure timely and accurate execution of procure to pay activities.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Monitor and track performance metrics to measure the success of procure to pay products.
  6. Oversee the development and maintenance of procurement systems and tools.
  7. Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on procure to pay products and processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to continuously improve processes and operations.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for procure to pay products.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for procure to pay initiatives.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of procurement data and metrics.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments regarding procurement processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procure To Pay (P2P) Products, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Financial Analysis, And Contract Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.

  • Experience With P2P Systems, Such As Oracle Or Sap, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
