Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial activity for research projects and developing monthly financial reports to deliver clear information to PIs, Project Directors and the Director of Business Administration including financial and administrative management of grants and sales and service accounts totaling approximately $1,900,000 annually. Develop, review, analyze and reconcile monthly financial reports and resolve discrepancies in consultation with Project Director(s) or Assistant Business Manager. Develop strategic plans for the various projects in accordance with the various funds sources available to the project(s). Design, plan, implement and manage programmatic, financial and administrative activities of the Program/Project including serving as a liaison with districts, facilities and participants for all professional development and grant activates.
3+ years of related experience
Demonstrated ability with University on-line financial systems/ledgers including BruinBuy, TOF, and OFSR
Ability to work some weekends and evenings as they pertain to project activities when necessary.
