2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines.
4. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
5. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are met.
6. Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Assist with inventory management by tracking and restocking food and supply levels.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the food service establishment.
9. Train and mentor new team members on food service procedures and customer service standards.
10. Follow all UCLA and food service policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
11. Communicate any equipment or facility maintenance needs to management.
