EHS Manager

EH&S is responsible for developing and implementing innovative and comprehensive programs in the areas described above in order to educate and develop health and safety protections for the campus community. EH&S is also responsible for managing University compliance with a wide range of statutes and regulations which are enforced by regulatory agencies. EH&S is responsible for developing the vision and long-term strategy to ensure the institution keeps pace with ever changing regulatory, social, political, environmental and scientific developments. Proactively anticipating and responding to these changes allows the various divisions and programs within EH&S to preserve the environment and ensure the protection, health and safety of faculty, staff, students and visitors of the university campus, and the surrounding community while effectively balancing the competing demands of the position.
