1. Develop and implement a comprehensive career strategy for Executive and Fully Employed MBA students, in alignment with the goals and values of UCLA.
2. Lead and manage all aspects of career services, including career coaching, workshops, networking events, and employer partnerships.
3. Provide guidance and support to students in creating individualized career plans and identifying career opportunities.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the job market to ensure relevant and current career advice.
5. Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career development and leadership principles into the curriculum.
6. Organize and facilitate leadership development programs and workshops for students, focusing on skills such as communication, team building, and decision making.
7. Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals to identify and secure job opportunities for students.
8. Develop and maintain a database of job and internship opportunities for students.
9. Track and report on career outcomes and success stories of students.
10. Provide support and mentorship to students in their job search and career advancement.
11. Manage a team of career advisors and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
12. Collaborate with other departments and organizations within UCLA to promote career services and opportunities to students.
13. Stay updated on best practices in career development and leadership development, and implement new strategies and initiatives as needed.
14. Represent UCLA and the EMBA/FEMBA program at career fairs, conferences, and other relevant events.
15. Uphold the values and standards of UCLA and promote a diverse and inclusive environment for students.
