Under the close supervision of the faculty PI, postdoctoral scholars, and other engineers, the incumbent will implement software and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) firmware for the electronics boards designed by the group and will contribute to the integration and testing of those components.
Entry level working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, and mathematics.
Ability to create and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
Proven skills in writing reports and presentation of results to individuals and groups.
Ability to organize own schedule without close supervision.
