Job Description

As our Communications Writer, you will work closely with our Communications Director and colleagues in Development to research, write and produce timely, accurate acknowledgment letters and other correspondence on behalf of the Chancellor to major donors of the institution. You will also provide acknowledgments as needed for the Associate Vice Chancellor of Development and other EA leadership. You will collaborate and assist in the writing and editing of various assignments and a variety of other types of projects as needed. Job Qualifications
  • 3 years of related experience

  • Knowledge of Blackbaud CRM or other equivalent fundraising database systems is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the application of writing skills to a fund-raising program is preferred.

  • Ability to research, collect and organize data and material from a variety of sources.
