Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In An Academic Setting, Preferably At The Collegiate Level.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Higher Education, Particularly In The Areas Of Curriculum Development, Student Affairs, And Student Success.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Students, Faculty, And Staff.
