  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and enhance the education programs at UCLA.
  2. Lead and manage a team of education professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of educational offerings.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on current trends and best practices in education to inform decision-making.
  5. Create and maintain partnerships with other educational institutions, organizations, and industry leaders to enhance the educational experience for students.
  6. Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum, ensuring alignment with university standards and objectives.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs, making adjustments as needed.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for education programs, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Collaborate with admissions and recruitment teams to attract and enroll high-quality students.
  10. Participate in university committees and events to represent the education programs and promote their success.
  11. Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any issues or concerns related to the education programs.
  12. Stay updated on accreditation and regulatory requirements related to education programs and ensure compliance.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for the education team.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In An Academic Setting, Preferably At The Collegiate Level.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Higher Education, Particularly In The Areas Of Curriculum Development, Student Affairs, And Student Success.

  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders Including Students, Faculty, And Staff.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Strategic Initiatives, Budget Management, And Program Assessment.
