  1. Manage and maintain the university's human resource technology products, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand their HR technology needs and provide solutions and recommendations.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HR technology, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the employee experience.
  4. Develop and implement training programs for HR technology products to ensure efficient and effective usage by university staff.
  5. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth functioning of HR technology products and timely resolution of any issues.
  6. Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology products, providing guidance and support to university staff.
  8. Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR technology products to identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement.
  9. Continuously assess and optimize the performance of HR technology products to meet the changing needs of the university.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR technology initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Human Resources.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Human Resource Information Technology Products, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Various Software Programs, Including Hris Systems And Database Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Efficiently.
