- Monitor and maintain system security and data integrity, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HR technology products, providing guidance and support to university staff.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR technology products to identify and address any gaps or areas for improvement.
- Continuously assess and optimize the performance of HR technology products to meet the changing needs of the university.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new HR technology initiatives and projects.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Human Resources.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With Human Resource Information Technology Products, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Various Software Programs, Including Hris Systems And Database Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Departments.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Efficiently.
