Admissions Specialist

The Admissions Specialist under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Management, will manage the program's annual budget, create reports, and be the center point of contact and administrator for the financial aid software. The candidate will be the departments' data analyst and tuition assistance analyst, tasked with creating financial aid models and reconciling back to the general ledger. This position primarily manages the operations of the admissions and enrollment effort. This position will maintain applicants' information and records in a database, audit for data integrity, manage the communication schedule, manage the notifications of admissions decisions, assist with the execution of admissions events throughout the year, and manage the flow of information and reports in the office. This position has responsibility for managing all aspects of candidate application process which includes maintenance of every candidate file and assembly applicant information for review by the program staff and scheduling interviews.
