  1. Oversee and manage a team of Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) in various specialties.
  2. Ensure that all LVNs are providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
  3. Utilize clinical expertise to guide and mentor LVNs in their daily responsibilities.
  4. Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the LVN team.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of LVNs, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and implement changes as necessary.
  8. Oversee scheduling and staffing for the LVN team, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and staff performance.
  10. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.
  11. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  12. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, and uphold the values of the organization.
  13. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes for new LVN team members.
  14. Handle any conflicts or issues within the LVN team in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the LVN team.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid California Lvn License And At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In A Variety Of Specialties, Including But Not Limited To, Cardiology, Neurology, And Oncology.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Lvns.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems And Other Healthcare Technologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field Preferred, With A Commitment To Ongoing Education And Professional Development.
