Additionally, we are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a healthcare setting.   1. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and their families to address mental health and emotional needs.
  2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
  4. Advocate for patients and their families to ensure access to necessary resources and services.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.
  6. Participate in case conferences and provide recommendations for patient care.
  7. Conduct crisis interventions and provide support to patients in acute situations.
  8. Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of social work and psychology.
  9. Provide education and support to patients and their families on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and healthy communication.
  10. Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to develop partnerships and resources for patients.
  11. Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the National Association of Social Workers and American Psychological Association.
  12. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' privacy.
  14. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to patient care.
  15. Serve as a positive representative of UCLA Health and promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work Or Psychology From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Current Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Psychologist (Phd Or Psyd) In The State Of California.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Treatments For Mental Health Disorders, Such As Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy And Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Populations And Interdisciplinary Teams.
