  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs.
  3. Utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
  4. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their communication and swallowing disorders.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in the field of speech pathology.
  9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  10. Mentor and support junior speech pathologists and students as needed.
  11. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.
  12. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures related to patient care, safety, and confidentiality.
  13. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited Program.

  • Current Licensure Or Eligibility For Licensure In The State Of California.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Speech-Language Pathologist, With A Focus On Adult And Geriatric Populations.

  • Experience In Conducting Comprehensive Assessments And Developing Individualized Treatment Plans.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team Environment.
