- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with current healthcare practices and regulations through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall mission and goals of UCLA Health.
Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of California.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Knowledge Of Medicare, Medicaid, And Private Insurance Guidelines And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.
