- Oversee and manage the administrative and financial aspects of research programs within UCLA Health.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to research, including IRB protocols, grant funding requirements, and ethical standards.
- Coordinate and track research project budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with funding agencies, research partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with grant proposal submissions, including budget preparation and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of research projects.
- Provide guidance and support to research teams on administrative and financial policies and procedures.

- Train and mentor new research administrators and provide ongoing support and guidance to team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive research data and adhere to ethical standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and initiatives to contribute to the overall success of UCLA Health's research programs.
- Uphold the mission and values of UCLA Health in all aspects of work and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Finance.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Research Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.
Familiarity With Federal, State, And Institutional Regulations And Policies Related To Research Administration, Including Irb, Grant Management, And Compliance.
Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
