  1. Develop and implement strategies for various programs and initiatives within the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI).
  2. Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and community partners to identify and prioritize areas of focus for CTSI programs.
  3. Plan and coordinate all aspects of program implementation, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  4. Monitor and track program progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  5. Serve as a liaison between CTSI and external stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and academic institutions.
  6. Communicate program updates and results to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other forms of communication.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and partnerships.
  8. Identify potential funding opportunities and assist with grant writing and other fundraising efforts.
  9. Stay informed about current research and healthcare trends and incorporate them into program development and implementation.
  10. Develop and maintain program policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Provide guidance and support to program staff and volunteers, including training and supervision.
  12. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and contribute innovative ideas to advance the mission of the CTSI.
  14. Represent the CTSI at conferences, events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization's goals and initiatives.
  15. Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for program enhancements and modifications as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Program Coordination, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Academic Setting.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Program Plans, Budgets, And Timelines.
