- Abstract and review medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Abstracting And Coding Patient Records In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Coding Systems (Icd-10, Cpt), And Electronic Health Record Systems.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Abstract And Analyze Complex Medical Information.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Healthcare Providers And Other Team Members.
