- Communicate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to gather and relay important information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and insurance information.
- Educate patients on the services offered by the Comprehensive Health Program and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care, including referrals, diagnostic tests, and medication management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive care experience for patients.
- Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient inquiries.
- Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring that appointments and procedures are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on new procedures, protocols, and technologies.
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns related to patient care to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Act as a liaison between patients and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Coordination Or Advocacy Role.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Processes.
Ability To Prioritize And Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
