- Perform patient intake and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaint.
- Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments.
- Administer medications and perform basic laboratory tests as ordered by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on medications, procedures, and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.
- Flexibly float between multiple clinical sites as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department leadership.
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Certification.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In An Obgyn Setting.
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems, Such As Epic, And Ability To Navigate And Input Patient Information Accurately.
Knowledge Of Obgyn Procedures, Terminology, And Equipment, Including Experience With Prenatal And Gynecological Exams, Ultrasounds, And Sti Testing.
Ability To Multitask And Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, Including Managing Multiple Patient Schedules And Assisting With Administrative Tasks Such As Scheduling Appointments And Verifying Insurance.
