Job Description

  1. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for infants and toddlers in accordance with the center's curriculum and philosophy.
  2. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
  3. Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate this information to parents or guardians regularly.
  4. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive learning environment for all children.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of each child's progress, as well as any incidents or concerns.
  6. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's development and addressing any questions or concerns.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes diversity and respect.
  8. Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all children in your care.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
  10. Attend relevant trainings and meetings to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to early childhood education and health and safety standards.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for children, demonstrating patience, kindness, and professionalism.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children.
  14. Provide guidance and support to assistant teachers and other staff members.
  15. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other events as needed to support the development and well-being of each child.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Infants And Toddlers In A Professional Setting
