GI Endoscopy Technician

This position requires a high degree of technical competence, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• Certification in GI Endoscopy from a recognized accrediting organization• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as an Endoscopy Technician• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the GI tract• Knowledge of endoscopic procedural techniques• Knowledge of Quality Improvement principles• Strong technical skills• Positive attitude
