
Clinical Research Supervisor - Hematology/Oncology

- Oversee and coordinate all clinical research projects within the hematology/oncology department.
- Develop and implement protocols and procedures for conducting clinical trials in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of clinical research staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and institutional policies related to clinical research.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and other team members to identify and address any potential issues or challenges in the research process.
- Review and approve study documents, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and case report forms.
- Train and educate staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulations.
- Monitor study progress and data collection, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, investigators, and external parties involved in the research projects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all study-related activities and documentation.
- Participate in departmental and institutional meetings and committees as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of hematology/oncology and clinical research, applying new knowledge and best practices to improve research processes.

Advanced Degree: A Clinical Research Supervisor In Hematology/Oncology At Ucla Health Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Clinical Research, Or Health Sciences.
Relevant Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting And Managing Clinical Research Projects, Preferably In The Field Of Hematology/Oncology. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Research Staff, Managing Budgets, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Requirements.
