  10. Adhere to legal and ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
  11. Stay current with industry developments and best practices in care management.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.
  13. Attend trainings and meetings related to care management and patient advocacy.
  14. Follow all UCLA Health policies and procedures to maintain compliance and promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  15. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth and development to enhance job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current Rn Licensure In The State Of California

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Case Or Care Management

  • Knowledge Of Medicare/Medicaid Regulations And Private Insurance Guidelines

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And Patients/Families
