Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Business System Analyst, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Business Analysis Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Scrum, And Uml.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Hitech.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
