  1. Provide administrative support to the department by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
  2. Maintain and organize department files and records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  5. Assist with budget tracking and expense management for the department.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
  7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department staff.
  8. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and take minutes as necessary.
  10. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact the department's operations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with professionalism.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  13. Other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Job Qualifications
